About Dr. Hakam Bhullar

Dr. Hakam Singh Bhullar, an Indo-Canadian veterinarian, graduated from Punjab Agricultural University in 1986. After working as a Veterinary Officer in Punjab, India, he moved to Canada in 1991. Completing an internship at Iowa State University in 1993, he became a licensed veterinarian in 1995. Dr. Bhullar founded multiple veterinary clinics, focusing on affordable care. His relentless fight against discrimination led to a landmark victory in 2015.
